Mason Companies Sparkles with Artifi Product Customization


Situation

Mason Companies is a family-owned company that has been operating in Wisconsin’s Chippewa Valley for over 100 years. The company sells footwear, apparel and general merchandise nationwide via the internet and mail order catalogs. Mason’s business encompasses eight brands: ShoeMall, Stoneberry, K. Jordan, Masseys, Mason Easy-Pay, Maryland Square, Auditions, and B.A. Mason.


Challenge

To better serve shoppers of products that are commonly customized such as jewelry, Mason Companies needed a product customization platform that offered live virtual proof, allowing the shopper to view a sample of the item during the customization process. The company required that the platform be flexible enough to scale with its brands and run on multiple sites and stores if needed. Mason Companies did not want to have to use a different product customization solution for each of its different brands.

Solution

For its product customization needs, Mason Companies chose Artifi Labs.
